Nice silver aro! I find it in my experience that big arowana have weaker barbels and easily get turn apart compare to small aro that are 12" or below. It take about 6 weeks for my big aro to recovered and only 9 days for small aros.

Are you going to put the Jardini with the silvers? Do you keep the silvers you have now together?

Yes the aros are kept together now. I am getting another silver and a jardini for the same tank. Now I have 3 aros.

Thats cool. Do they all get along? The Jardini might cause you problems with the others.

No fighting at all with the silvers and if the jardini starts fighting I already have someone interested

Sound awsome.
I was asking because I had to take my Jardini out from one tank because he was chasing the other fish. None of them are Aro's

I didn't know you had these. Very cool. I love my huge silver.
A local asian store used to have like 5 silvers and a jar.. all over 2 feet.. in a 400g or so show tank that they have. The guy is an idiot though, and although he says that he took them home, I believe that they died. The tank pretty much only had an eclipse filter.. It had like 8 pumps in it, only a few of which pumped to the hood. The footprint was about 8x30 and the hood had maybe only 4x30 worth of media. FRom what I saw, the jar normally stayed on one side and the silvers on the other. They seemed like they were in pretty good shape though in regards to them fighting.
awsome aros
