Estimate, your LFS prices may vary (You can also find a lot of this stuff on eBay, Reptibid, and Kingsnake cheaper. I get a lot of stuff from Home Depot as well):
40 breeder tank -$60 (or if you are cheap you can use a 50 gallon Rubbermaid tub, about $15 or $5-10 if you buy non-name brands at a dollar store or on sale)
Screen top- $15 (if you use a tub you can skip the screen top
Clamp light for heat lamp- $10
Strip light for UV light (for 18" bulb)- $25
10 lbs Reptisand- $10
Peice of black slate to bask on- $5
Water and food dishes- $3 x 2
Heat bulb- Zoo med 75w spot $7 or if you are cheap you can use a 100w household bulb $0.50. The good spot is best but the 100w reg bulb will work as well, just make sure it's close enough to the slate for the temp to be 90-100* on the slate.
UV Bulb (must have UVB or the dragon will have trouble processing some nutrients that are necessary, 5% UVB will work but 8% UVB is best)- $10-20
Feeding:
If the dragon will take superworms it will be fairly cheap, you can buy 500 medium superworms through Flukerfarms.com for about $20 (including shipping) and it will last you a few months. If the dragon won't take the supers you have to get some crickets, I forget how much they cost in smaller boxes (I buy 1000-3000 at a time) but its certainly cheaper than the $0.07-0.10/each that the LFS charges. Crickets and supers can be put on a contract program (Chad can tell you more about that since he just signed up) to deliver a certain number per week to you on an auto-order. If you buy either online in larger numbers I can give you tips for keeping them for a longer period of time. You should also feed some chopped up greens like mustard greens, turnip greens, or collard greens daily. I buy 2 big bunches (~$2) every other day for all of mine and a 3'+ iguana so you won't need much for just one juvenile. You will also need about 1 container of Herptivite every 3 months or so ($8).

Overall the setup is the worst part, after that it's far cheaper to feed a beardie than a dog or cat.
