Rules:

Reasonable criticism only, no angry bashing. (Good: Store employees not very helpful. Bad: That store SUCKS, I hate it....the employees are stupid.)

For zoos and aquariums please add any pertinent info such as admission rates, attractions, parking fees, website and anything else you find relevant.

For aquarium clubs please post any info you might know about it such as membership fees, meeting locations, when the club meets, the club's website and who to contact for more information.

everytime i make a trip up to rockford i have to stop at petland to see what new badass thing they have gotton in. they carry all sorts of animals like birds, dogs, cats, reptiles, little mammals, and tons of fish. they have the nicest selection of fish in the area and most are great prices as well. they have some huge tanks which are basicly ponds which they stock w/ large cichlids, shovelnose cats, tinfoil barbs, koi, and many others. they also have a good selection of SW fish if that is what you prefer. this is a very cool place and i recomend that everyone sees it thumbsup.gif

Yeah Brian does a really good job at ordering really nice fish. They get alot of fish indirectly from shedds breeding programs.

I have a promise of a job there and i'm totally excited about a dream job.

Eh, all the pet lands that I have been to havent been that great(tri-citys area). The staff wasn't very knowledgable, and all the animals looked in poor health. My oldest sister, an experienced vet tech, receives several mistreated and undernourished puppies from petland weekly. I personally don't agree with there practice of hnading out an animal to be played with every five minutes to some kid. Just my two cents
